REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

All products within the Slutty Vegan Collection (SVC) are produced in limited quantities and may be made-to-order. As a result, all returns and exchanges must strictly follow the guidelines below.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Item must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or pet hair
  • Item must include all original tags and packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

  • Limited edition drops
  • Pre-orders
  • Made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items not purchased through the official website

4. RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be submitted through the SVC Easy Exchange Portal.

Steps:

  1. Submit your return or exchange request
  2. Await approval
  3. Follow the provided instructions
  4. Ship item with tracking
  5. Item is inspected upon arrival
  6. Refund or exchange is processed if approved

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


5. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.


6. SVC EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL — REQUIRED USE

To ensure accuracy and timely processing, all returns and exchanges must be initiated through the SVC Easy Exchange Portal.

The Portal:

  • Matches your item to your order
  • Prevents incorrect submissions
  • Provides accurate return instructions
  • Ensures correct size/color exchanges
  • Automates approvals
  • Protects customers from errors
  • Protects operations from fraud and processing issues

Manual Returns

If you choose not to use the Portal:

  • You must follow all manual instructions exactly
  • Processing times will be slower
  • Incorrect or unapproved returns may be rejected

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting:

  • The correct item
  • The correct size
  • The correct color

Once an item becomes unavailable, exchange requests cannot be modified.


Portal Priority

Portal submissions are prioritized over manual or email-based requests.


Policy Controls

If there is any conflict between Portal instructions and this Policy,
this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy governs.


7. REFUNDS

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Restocking or processing fees may apply
  • Banks may take 3–10 business days to post refunds

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • Photos of the packaging

Damage caused by washing, misuse, or wear is not considered a defect.


9. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund.


10. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping

Items lost or damaged during return transit will not be refunded.


11. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Digidrop, Inc. and SVC are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Import delays

All international orders are final sale unless defective.


13. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks
  • Provide proof of delivery
  • Report fraudulent activity

14. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated effective date.
