This website is operated by Digidrop, Inc. (“Digidrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of the Slutty Vegan Collection (SVC).

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority; or
  • You have consent to allow a minor dependent to use this Site

You may not use the Service or any SVC products for unlawful purposes or transmit malicious code.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Content (excluding payment data) may be transmitted across networks. Payment data is always encrypted.

Once a carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) accepts your order:

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you
  • A “Delivered” scan = order fulfilled

Digidrop, Inc. and SVC are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays or errors
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages marked delivered but not received

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

We may assist as a courtesy, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Use at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services.

SECTION 10 — USER CONTENT

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant Digidrop and SVC a:

  • Perpetual
  • Worldwide
  • Royalty-free
  • Irrevocable license

to use and distribute that content.

You are responsible for the legality of what you submit.

We may correct errors or cancel orders at any time, including after purchase.

Obligations prior to termination remain enforceable.

Binding Arbitration

All disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, CA.

You waive:

  • Class actions
  • Representative claims

SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund & Return Policy

constitute the full agreement.

SECTION 20 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by:

  • Digidrop, Inc.
  • Pinky Cole Group, LLC
  • SVC licensors

You may not use content without permission.

SECTION 21 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

If conflicts exist, that Policy controls.

SECTION 22 — SVC EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL (REQUIRED)

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through the SVC Easy Exchange Portal.

Portal benefits:

  • Faster processing
  • Accurate matching
  • Automated approvals

Manual returns:

  • Slower
  • Must follow instructions exactly
  • May be rejected if incorrect

Customers are responsible for selecting correct items and sizes.

SECTION 23 — PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotions:

  • May change or be canceled at any time
  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be applied retroactively
  • Cannot be combined unless stated
  • Are void if misused

We are not required to honor pricing errors.

SECTION 24 — POLICY UPDATES

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
